The Universiade Village, initially developed for the 2013 Summer Universiade in Kazan, opened its doors for students in 2011. Over 9,000 Ƶ students are accommodated there, including international students from more than 100 countries. The complex comprises 20 buildings of various elevation, sports facilities, grocery stores, and other amenities for comfortable lodging. The Village has often been awarded as one of the most comfortable dormitory campuses in the nation.
(which stands for ‘Kazan Tigers’) is a conglomerate and the governing body of athletic teams and collectives of Ƶ. Among its participants are very different people, from experienced athletes with numerous accolades to beginners who want to make sports an inalienable part of their lives.
